1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the fbajei website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, games, and features accessible via https://fbajei.app.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered and been approved for an Account on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal account balance held on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, or promotional awards credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's Wallet consisting entirely of deposited or won funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements and are available for withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds (or associated winnings) become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process fbajei conducts in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using the Platform is illegal or restricted under applicable law.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Access to and use of the fbajei Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of account use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fbajei operates a strictly enforced 21+ age policy. If at any time fbajei determines that a Player has misrepresented their age, the account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be voided.
• You must be the named account holder and must not allow any third party to use or access your Account.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that covers the types of games or betting markets offered on the Platform.
• Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fbajei reserves the right to close all but the most recently verified account, forfeit any Bonus Funds held across duplicate accounts, and withhold pending withdrawals pending a review.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid active mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You must keep your registration information up to date. Material changes (such as change of mobile number) must be updated via account settings or by contacting support.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. The following obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your password or OTP codes to any third party under any circumstances, including to individuals claiming to be fbajei staff. fbajei will never ask for your password.
• You must not use an easily guessable password. fbajei recommends a minimum of eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• You must notify fbajei support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• fbajei will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• fbajei provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP as an additional security layer. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature.
• Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, regardless of whether you personally performed that activity, unless you have notified fbajei of a security compromise prior to the activity occurring.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fbajei Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: fbajei accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. fbajei reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Own Funds Requirement: You may only deposit funds that legally and beneficially belong to you. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts, stolen payment credentials, or fraudulently obtained funds will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal request can be approved, you must have completed KYC verification, satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds, and your Account must be in good standing with no pending investigations.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are in BDT. fbajei does not accept cryptocurrency deposits and does not maintain cryptocurrency wallets for players.
• Transaction Fees: fbajei does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which fbajei bears no responsibility.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings as part of fbajei's responsible gaming tools. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours for daily limits, 7 days for weekly limits, and 30 days for monthly limits.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

fbajei offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms of each individual promotion published at the time the offer is made:

• Welcome Bonus: New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the minimum qualifying deposit amount and any other conditions specified at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available once per Player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in each promotion's individual terms) before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of each qualifying stake. Slots may contribute between 50% and 100%. Live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Fish shooting and crash games may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's detailed terms.
• Bonus Abuse: fbajei actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; collusion between Players; and exploitation of software errors or pricing anomalies. fbajei reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.
• Promotion Changes: fbajei reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where doing so would be to the material detriment of Players who have already commenced participating in that promotion in good faith.
• Cashback and Reload Offers: Periodic cashback offers and reload bonuses are subject to their own individual terms, which will be communicated at the time each offer is made available.

6 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted on the fbajei Platform:

• Game Integrity: All casino games on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Results of all games are final once confirmed by the Platform. Technical glitches that occur during a game round will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's published rules.
• Sports Betting: Bets placed on sports markets (including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches, football, and other available markets) are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market as published on the Platform. Where ambiguity exists, fbajei's decision on the settlement of any bet is final.
• Void Bets: fbajei reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the event outcome was knowable at the time the bet was placed (e.g., an event had already concluded), or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• In-Play Betting: Bets accepted during live in-play markets are subject to real-time pricing. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. Network latency or connectivity issues at the Player's end do not constitute grounds for voiding a confirmed in-play bet.
• Maximum Winnings: fbajei applies maximum winnings limits per bet and per day, which are published in the Platform's betting rules section. Winnings in excess of the applicable cap will be paid at the cap amount.
• Responsible Play: Players are encouraged to use the session time alerts and loss limit tools available in account settings. fbajei's support team is available 24/7 in English to assist with responsible gaming enquiries.

7 Identity Verification (KYC)

fbajei is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, fbajei conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) checks on all registered Players. The following applies:

• KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at registration, first deposit, first withdrawal request, or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Acceptable identity documents include: National ID card (NID), valid passport, and birth certificate. Proof of address may also be required in certain circumstances.
• Players must submit clear, legible, unaltered copies of the requested documents. fbajei reserves the right to reject documents that are illegible, expired, or appear to have been tampered with.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Any Real Money Balance held in an Account that has failed to pass KYC verification may be returned to the original deposit payment method at fbajei's discretion.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbajei Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are knowingly facilitating access by a person under 21.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption, or insider-information betting on any sport or event.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or pricing anomalies in a manner that is inconsistent with fair play. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code, servers, or databases without authorisation.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise your true geographical location for the purpose of circumventing territorial restrictions.

9 Responsible Gaming

fbajei takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides the following tools and resources to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time via account settings. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a set period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods. Once reached, no further bets will be accepted for the remainder of that period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) via account settings or by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request to the fbajei support team. 10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without fbajei's express prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbajei's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fbajei shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, whether or not fbajei has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, force majeure events, or telecommunications failures beyond fbajei's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the security and confidentiality requirements set out in Section 3.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other third parties whose services are integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

fbajei reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fbajei will provide notice to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform or by direct communication to the registered mobile number or email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any Real Money Balance.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, fbajei's customer support team should be contacted in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). fbajei is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. fbajei's decision on matters of game settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in this section.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or varied by agreement.
